4. Payments and Use of Funds

All payments collected through this website are used exclusively for administrative and organizational expenses related to party membership and the nomination process. VIP reserves the right to allocate funds in alignment with its objectives.

5. Refund Policy – Nomination Applications

If a nomination applicant is not selected, the application fee will be refunded within 6 months after the conclusion of the Bihar Vidhan Sabha Elections 2025. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

6. General Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests for payments must be made within 72 hours of the transaction.
• Refunds will not be processed after 72 hours, except for nomination rejections as stated above.

7. Security of Transactions

VIP ensures secure payment processing through encrypted gateways. We do not store sensitive financial data such as credit card or bank account details after a transaction.
